Woodstock Special Pale Ale

My house is called Woodstock and so my house brew is also called Woodstock.

This is a ‘Special’ I brewed a little stronger and with lots of my favourite hops. I intended to dry hop but forgot. I left it four weeks on the primary then moved it directly to a corny where it has condtioned for a further 8 week. I drained off about a pint or two after a month in the keg to draw off any sediment and yeast drop out.
