Whypee-A – White IPA

I’ve heard of a couple of US breweries bringing out a White IPA. Here’s my take on it.

It’s absolutely loaded with lots of fat hops & also uses some orange zest and seeds of paradise for some extra spice and aroma. It’s got a small amount of torrified wheat in there and I fermented with Safbrew Wheat.

It’s still conditioning but tasty pretty amazing so far.
