Woodstock Pale Ale

This is a really good, simple beer that I like to have on tap at all times. It is based on a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone recipe with a couple of minor tweaks. Can be brewed with US-05 or S-04. I’ve gone S-04 this time as I find it clears much quicker and I plan to be drinking this over the Xmas holidays.
